These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and online training platform of Maestra Academy (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, the user fully accepts these Terms.

provide accurate and up-to-date information;
keep their login credentials confidential;
not allow third parties to access their account.

The account is personal and non-transferable.

4. Usage limitations

The user agrees to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms and solely for its intended purposes. It is strictly prohibited to:

share login credentials with third parties;
allow unauthorized persons to access the user account;
attempt to bypass, compromise, or interfere with the Platform’s security or control systems.

Any violation may result in the suspension or immediate termination of the account, without any right to a refund.

5. Intellectual property

All Content available on the Platform is the exclusive property of Maestra Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

It is strictly prohibited, by way of example and without limitation, to:

copy, reproduce, distribute, communicate, publish, or make the Content available;
download, record, capture, or duplicate videos, even partially;
modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Content;
use the Content for commercial or competitive purposes.

6. Prohibition of automated tools and Artificial Intelligence

The use of automated tools, software, bots, scraping systems, or Artificial Intelligence technologies is expressly prohibited for the purpose of:

analyzing, extracting, copying, or reproducing the Content;
training Artificial Intelligence models;
generating similar, derivative, or competing content;
circumventing the Platform’s technological protection measures.

Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

7. Permitted use

The user is authorized to access and use the Content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

8. Suspension and termination

Maestra Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, in whole or in part, in the event of:

violation of these Terms;
unlawful or unauthorized use of the Content;
conduct that may cause harm to the Platform or third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform and the Content are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maestra Academy shall not be liable for:

service interruptions or malfunctions;
loss of data or content;
any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform.

10. Changes to the Terms

Maestra Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon publication.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the Data Controller is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
